Infant and Child CPR (Tuesday or Wednesday 6-8:30)
This class will be perfect for parents and grandparents who want to learn and practice CPR and how to respond to a choking emergency, but do not need a certification card. This class will focus on Infant/Child CPR and choking, along with briefly touching on adult CPR and choking.
Fee: $5 for APL families and grandparents
$25 for non-APL families

CPR Certification Babysitter Class (Saturday 11:30-5:30)
This CPR course is geared towards babysitters and teenagers (ages limited 13 – 17 years old). This course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies, along with CPR and choking relief for all ages. In this 6 hour class, students will learn from an America Heart Association certified instructor, how to recognize an emergency, when to call 911, and how to manage the situation until professional help arrives. A review of the heart and anatomy of the cardiovascular system will provide the needed back ground to understand the importance of early CPR. Students who successfully complete this course will receive an America Heart Association card for Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED valid for two years. This fast-paced class is even more fun if you bring a friend.
Fee: $30 for APL patients
$60 for non- APL patients
