Office Safety Procedures
- When you arrive at Arlington Pediatrics for your child’s scheduled appointment, please call and check in FROM YOUR CAR. Our staff will check the patient in, verify insurance, and collect co-pays over the phone. When the nurse is ready, we will call you and bring you directly into a room. This will eliminate people in the waiting area, and limit the amount of contact with other patients and staff members in the building.
- Per recommendations of the CDC, we would like all patients and guardians, 2 years and older, to wear a face mask to their appointment. Homemade masks, scarfs, or bandannas are an acceptable alternative to a traditional face mask.
- If the patient, or any immediate family member, is experiencing COVID-19 or flu like symptoms, or has been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please call the office prior to your child’s appointment, so that we can assist with triage and best practice measures.
The safety and well-being of our patients, families and staff is our greatest concern! We appreciate all of your kindness, patience, and understanding as we enforce these safety measures, and continue to schedule appointments. For any questions or concerns, we encourage you to call the office at 847-398-0400.
